Mathematics, no doubt provides an effective way of building mental discipline and encourages logical reasoning and mental rigor. Mathematical knowledge plays a crucial role in understanding the contents of other school subjects such as science, social studies, and even music and art.
The Ọba Dr. Munirudeen Adesola Lawal Mathematics Competition 2021 is the first Academic Competition since the Coronation of the Monarch and it is an essential part of promoting the Education Development Era Agenda of FELSU National Body.
Our mission is to eradicate the phobia our students have for the subject of Mathematics. It is a thing of joy that we have an Ọba who is the only First Class Monarch and a Mathematician in Nigeria, therefore our joy is to see our students flourish in Mathematics as a core subject, this is why FELSU as a Union is working with the National Mathematical Board for the Competition.
The Competition will run through Three Stages. Stage 1 is the General Entry/Mathematics Writing Examination; Stage 2 is Mathematics Quiz/Quick Solve it Out and the Stage 3- the Grand Finale is The Quick Thinkers Exercise.
The First Stage will hold on 24th November, 2021 at two designated Centers.

Venue B - Ẹdẹ Muslim Grammar School
Time - 9:00am
The Participants are to come with their writing Materials only as Examination Resources are supplied by the National Mathematical Board.
